Candidate may be a graduate from an accredited law school with zero to two (0 - 2) years of legal experience. Consideration may be given to those recently graduating attorneys who have clerked for the LWCC legal department while attending law school.Areas of concentration will involve learning entry level State Workers’ Compensation litigation and Subrogation litigation.Movement between attorney levels is not automatic and promotions are not given solely on service years. Promotions are based on: (1) corporate and departmental need; (2) performance and (3) budgetary considerations.Skills Required:Excellent written and oral communication skills; computer literate.Additional Comments:Significant in-state travel.
